DIY Painted Ghosts Pumpkin

Rory is still too young to carve a pumpkin, but I wanted him to do something to his pumpkin that he picked out at the pumpkin patch. So I brained stormed and paint came to mind. Then it hit me, do a his footprints and make ghosts, perfect!

Here is what you need white acrylic paint, 2 flat 1" and 1/2" paint brushes, and a black sharpie.

Step 1
Paint one foot and press gently on the pumpkin upside down (you want the toes on the bottom of the pumpkin). Then do the same with the other foot.

Step 2
Touch up the footprint with some white paint (I use the smaller brush), not too much you still want it to look like a footprint.

Step 3
After paint has dried use a sharpie to add the ghost faces.

Step 4
Then put it on display. My little guy is so proud of his pumkin, he shows everybody who comes by and says "look, I did it!" I love you RorMan, xoxo.
